Hiromitsu Seisakusyo Co., Ltd. aims to contribute to achieving the SDGs through our corporate activities.

What are SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)?

Sustainable Development Goals
SDGs stands for "Sustainable Development Goals" and are international goals adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015 and to be achieved by 2030.

Under the vow of "leave no one behind," the action plans for humans, the planet and prosperity include "poverty," "health and welfare," "education," "motivation," and "climate." It consists of 17 goals and 169 targets.

The SDGs are universal, not only in developing countries but also in developed countries themselves, and are being actively pursued in Japan.

Supporting customers' challenges as an unsung hero

We will continue to pursue quality and technology in order to contribute to the development of our customers and the manufacturing industry.

[Main initiatives]
  • Pursuing processing technology through proactively introducing cutting-edge machinery and equipment
  • We have an order system that can accommodate customers' small-lot prototype orders.
  • Exploration of processing methods that are easy to mass produce with an eye to commercialization

We will strive to create an open culture and a comfortable work environment so that all employees can demonstrate their abilities to the fullest.

  • Developing work environments and working styles that make it easier for senior employees to work
  • Support for employee development through training provided by external instructors, etc.
  • Establishment of work rules to curb long working hours

Deepening business activities that are close to local communities

By moving forward and growing together with the local community, we will contribute to the revitalization of the local Kyotanabe area.

[Main initiatives]
  • Accepting internships from local high schools
  • Promoting interaction with the local community through active participation in the local community
  • Active employment of local human resources including local high school students
