Our Strengths

Our Strengths
Nothing is impossible at Hiromitsu Seisakusyo
A highly honed craftsman's sense combined with cutting-edge technology. With these techniques, we can achieve sheet metal processing that is faster and more accurate than anywhere else.

Four strengths of Hiromitsu Seisakusyo

 Strength 01
Consistent production made possible by only using in-house staff
Our in-house staff handles all sheet metal work, from drawings to modeling, mold creation, press processing, assembly, inspection, and shipping. Because we can complete the work with just one company, we are able to respond flexibly and quickly. Furthermore, our greatest strength is that we can utilize the extensive know-how and technology we have cultivated over the years to engage in a variety of prototype sheet metal production.

Fully in-house production, so we can respond flexibly

 Strength 02
Craftsmen maintaining the worksite save the day
The uncompromising craftsmanship that has supported Japan's rapid economic growth. In many cases, it is the decision of a craftsman based on years of experience that turns a difficult situation around when the time comes. Even if you have the latest equipment and introduce digital technology, there is no point if you can only use it manually. Deriving applications from experience is the key to increasing efficiency.

 Strength 03
Possibilities expanded by cutting-edge technology
In 1998, we moved our headquarters to our current location in Kyotanabe, and since then we have expanded our factories one after another. We built a machining factory in 2006 and a press factory in 2014, and have introduced the latest equipment.

At our company, the word "I can't" is taboo. We believe that it is the job of professionals to invest in the right people in the right places, expand possibilities, and go beyond our customers' imaginations.

Various prototypes and small lot production are also available
 Strength 04
Various prototypes and small lot production are also available
It is not uncommon for a person in charge to visit us who is at a loss because they have a difficult project that has been addressed by another company. If you need various types of prototype sheet metal production or 3D laser processing, please leave it to us. With the know-how of our craftsmen that we have cultivated since our founding, the latest technology, and our sincerity to put ourselves in the shoes of others, we will take on any challenge.

Prototype sheet metal process

each step

1. Data creation

Data creation
If 3D data is not available, we use 2D data or blueprints to make 3D data.

2.Drawing creation

Blueprint Production
We will create blueprints from the provided 2D/3D data.

3. CAD/CAM modeling

CAD/CAM modeling
Once the mold plan is decided, we design the mold using CAD and create M/C machining data using CAM. At the same time, we will produce processing data for 3D laser processing, 3D laser processing jigs, and assembly jigs (ASSY).

4. ZAS mold casting

ZAS mold casting
Once the mold size (ZAS mold) is determined, ZAS melted in the ZAS pot is poured into the ZAS casting frame.

5. Mold production by MC processing

Mold production by MC processing
Using the data created with CAM, the melted ZAS is cut using a machining machine.

6. Pressing

Press Processing
ZAS type, FC type, etc. are pressed using a press machine that meets the conditions. (Drawing/pushing 2 steps)

7. 3D laser processing

3D laser processing
We perform 3D cutting of pressed products (self-supplied products and supplied products) using a 3D laser processing machine. Cutting data is data created with CAD or teaching data.

8. Various welding

We perform optimal welding depending on the base materials and conditions to be joined, such as TIG welding (argon welding), CO2 welding, arc welding, and stud welding.

9. Assembly (ASSY)

Assembly (ASSY)
Place each part into an ASSY jig and perform ASSY work. Select various spot guns and perform spot work (welding). Select conditions for each part and weld under appropriate conditions.

10.Finishing

Finishing
For single-piece processed items, we check the surface distortion and the finish of hand-processed parts before finishing.
For S/A products, check the welded surface and contact scratches before finishing.

11. Inspection

Inspection
For single processed products, we decide on the parts to be inspected either according to the customer's instructions or on our own, and check the dimensions with a 3D measuring device. Depending on the part, we also measure the surface with a 3D scanner. Attach measurement results to all parts.
For S/A products, we also perform plus spot welding and peeling tests in the same way as measurements for single processed products.

12. Shipping

出 荷
At the time of delivery, we check the packaging and fit on the delivery pallet, and then deliver the product on the delivery date by our own delivery service or a designated transport service.
